Point Break Sound Mix

Point Break Sound Mix:

How to export the final piece:

Firstly save the file and then click Edit, Export. There will then be a box appear where you enter the correct details to be exported correctly. For Youtube the file needs to be HD and compatible for Youtube 1080p. Then I uploaded my file to Youtube and could view it online.

What was the task?

Our task was to take a silent clip of Point Break and add the sound effects to the clip. To do this we found sounds from a website and downloaded them. We then looked at the clip and added the sounds to the clip where we thought they should go.

My Sequence of the 1st Minute:

Below is my sequence. It shows the different sounds I used to put behind the video clip. I have not overloaded the clip with sounds as I didn't want to go over the top.

How does the final piece sound?

I think that my final piece sounds good but if I did it again I could improve it. To improve it I could add some sounds behind others. This would then give the effect of things happening at once. This is my first attempt at adding sounds to a video clip. But overall I am happy with what I have done with the sounds. I am pleased with the Police Radio sounds and the part where there is an explosion as the sound happens when the explosion goes off.
